Overview Join to apply for the Labor & Employment Associate role at Ogletree Deakins in Phoenix. The Phoenix office has an opportunity to join the firm’s expanding labor and employment practice. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions and pleadings. Attend court conferences and manage discovery-related activities and investigations. Draft position statements and dispositive motions; attend and handle arbitrations as needed. Assist with handling employment litigation matters, including experience with single-plaintiff cases is preferred. Qualifications Juris Doctor. Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing; must meet continuing licensure requirements during employment. 4 or more years of experience in Arizona.
