Labor Employment Associate Attorney

A leading global law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate to join its Phoenix, AZ office. About the role This is a hands‑on, courtroom‑oriented role embedded in a high‑performing team handling employment class actions, trade secret matters and restrictive covenant disputes. Responsibilities Take and defend depositions with increasing independence Cover hearings and court appearances across a range of employment matters Draft and argue persuasive motions and briefs Manage all phases of written discovery, including RFPs, interrogatories and ESI Interview witnesses and conduct factual investigations Work on employment class actions, trade secret litigation and restrictive covenant enforcement Qualifications 1‑3 years of Employment Litigation experience Admitted to the Arizona State Bar Trial experience welcomed; desire to get to trial is a must Familiarity with employment law concepts such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and related statutes preferred Why join the firm?
