Overview Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice of our Phoenix office. Responsibilities Trial experience (or have it) and willingness to take depositions, cover hearings, interview witnesses, handle written discovery, and write persuasive briefs. Handle day-to-day case responsibility; manage employment class actions, trade secret, and restrictive covenant cases. Demonstrable substantive knowledge of basic employment concepts under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and similar federal and state employment laws. The role is litigation‑intensive and is not a consulting position. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytics skills with keen attention to detail. Desire and initiative to take ownership. Significant litigation experience is a plus, even if not employment litigation, especially involving day‑to‑day responsibility on cases. Strong academic credentials and references. Member of the Arizona State Bar or willing to become one quickly.
