Sales Development Representative

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a driven and professional Sales Development Representative to join our team in New Orleans. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, identifying business opportunities, and supporting company growth through effective communication and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through outbound communication
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects and customers
Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with the sales team
Maintain accurate client and sales records
Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and client needs
Meet individual and team performance goals
Stay informed about company services and market trends
