We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our home care agency and oversee all operations with our agency. Duties:

- Lead and supervise nursing staff and certified home health aides

- Develop, implement, and review comprehensive care plans tailored to each client's needs

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining the confidentiality and security of all records and documentation.

- Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate ongoing training to promote professional growth among nursing staff and certified home health aides.

- Uphold regulatory standards related to Medicaid requirements, state licensing laws, and healthcare accreditation processes.

Skills:

- Knowledge of home care services.

- Proven experience in nursing management or administration with supervising responsibilities in home care settings.

- Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy standards are rigorously maintained.

- Knowledge of Spanish is preferred but not required.
