Assisted Living & Memory Care | Fairfield, NJ
We are partnering with a high‑quality senior living community seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Director of Nursing / Resident Care Director . This clinical leader oversees assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong infection control, and exceptional resident care.
Key Highlights:
- Lead clinical operations, assessments, ISPs, and care coordination
- Supervise nurses, care managers, and medication staff
- Maintain NJ Department of Health compliance and survey readiness
- Serve as primary clinical contact for residents and families
- Drive quality, safety, and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
- Active NJ RN license
- 2–3+ years clinical experience (AL, SNF, or Memory Care)
- Leadership or DON experience preferred
- Survey and dementia care experience a plus
Compensation & Details:
- $100K–$115K base + 15% bonus
- Full‑time, salaried leadership role

- On‑call rotation; occasional evenings/weekends
