- Experience managing project scope, finances, resources, timelines, and deliverables
- Experience resolving client issues, escalations, complaints, and conflicts
- Experience driving RFI/RFP responses and proactive business opportunities
- Experience coordinating with sales, marketing, technical teams, COEs, and practice teams
- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models and geographically distributed teams
- Strong public cloud knowledge across Azure and GCP
- Experience with IT network operations and security
- Experience presenting to steering committees and senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience developing employee engagement, culture, and productivity initiatives
- Ability to align client and internal stakeholder objectives with business strategy
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

- ITIL Foundation / Intermediate
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
