Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary:

Provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, or chats
• Help resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Provide information about products and services
• Enter and update customer information in systems
• Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:

• Good communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
