As a Community Relations Assistant, you will help develop and execute outreach initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and support programs designed to increase public awareness and engagement. • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community outreach programs, events, and local initiatives
• Build positive relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders
• Promote organizational programs, services, and community resources through direct engagement
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue scheduling, vendor communication, event setup, and on-site support
• Prepare, distribute, and manage promotional and informational materials within the community
• Respond to community inquiries, feedback, and requests in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational objectives
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to community engagement activities and event participation
• Assist with tracking outreach metrics and evaluating program effectiveness

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Community Development, or a related field preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management abilities
• Ability to build relationships with diverse groups and community stakeholders
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools preferred
