About the Opportunity

As a Community Engagement Representative, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising activities.

You will engage directly with supporters and community members, educate the public about important causes, and help increase awareness, participation, and engagement in nonprofit programs.

This is a face-to-face public engagement role conducted at events and community outreach locations. It does not involve call center work, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives
• Engage with supporters and community members in a professional and friendly manner
• Educate the public about charitable programs, advocacy efforts, and community initiatives
• Clearly communicate organizational missions and campaign goals
• Build meaningful relationships that encourage donor engagement and participation
• Provide exceptional public-facing service during all interactions
• Assist with event marketing, outreach campaigns, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful fundraising and awareness efforts
• Support event setup, coordination, and attendee engagement
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and strong brand representation at all times
