Synergize Inc. partners with nonprofit organizations to support community engagement and public awareness initiatives. Our team helps connect people with meaningful causes through professional, respectful, and informative outreach.
We are currently hiring Client Relations Associates to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, designed for individuals who want to build foundational experience in communication, client relations, and professional development.
About the RoleAs a Client Relations Associate, you will help support outreach efforts by engaging with community members in a professional and approachable way. You will represent nonprofit partners and help share information about their programs and initiatives.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build confidence, communication skills, and experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Communicate with community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Share information about nonprofit programs and community initiatives
- Support outreach efforts at designated events and community locations
- Work collaboratively with team members to support engagement goals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and participation
- Represent partner organizations with professionalism and integrity
No prior experience is required. We provide structured training and ongoing support.
