What You'll Do: Production Supervisor

- Implement, manage, and monitor assembly processes
- Plan work schedules and manage employee hours
- Assess skill levels and coordinate training
- Troubleshoot assembly issues
- Conduct random inspections of assembly lines

Skills and Experience:

- 4 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role
- 2 years power electronics manufacturing experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Proficiency in English required
