Implement, monitor, and adapt individualized care plans while continuously evaluating, recording, and reporting changes in patient condition. Act as the primary coordinator across all medical disciplines to deliver seamless, well-managed care throughout the patient’s stay. Assess, anticipate, and coordinate patient post-care and discharge needs in collaboration with the healthcare team and family. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board ofNursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
