Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oxnard, CA Help Students Find Their Voice and Reach Their Full Potential We're seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team in Oxnard, CA . As an SLP, you'll conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy services, collaborate with educational teams, and create individualized treatment plans that support student growth and success. Position Details Location: Oxnard, CA Openings: 2 Setting: School-Based Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: Up to $70/Hour Behavioral Support Level: Medium Medical Support Level: Level 3 What You'll Do Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services to students Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Support communication, language development, and educational achievement Qualifications Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required CCC-SLP preferred (and may be required based on assignment) School-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Current CPR certification and health requirements as applicable Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive pay up to $70/hour Work in a rewarding school-based setting Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and specialists Help students build critical communication skills Meaningful work that makes a lasting impact every day Consistent full-time schedule Minimum Requirements Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
