No C2C or 3rd Parties Summary The Ash Group is hiring a Business Process Mapping Engineer for our client, a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security. This is a 12-month contract working in Sterling Heights, MI (Onsite) offering a pay rate of $51 per hour based on skillset. Duration: 12-month contract Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Onsite) What You’ll Be Doing Map business processes both within and across multiple cross-functional departments, including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain. Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process, including activities, roles and responsibilities, data, and tool/software usage. Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirements Assessing existing business processes and driving process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy, or lack of clarification. Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectives Assist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business, including communication, training, and after-deployment feedback. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a relevant equivalent field is a must Must have 6+ years of relevant experience: Experience with business process mapping and modeling Experience with hands‑on experience with process improvement projects Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar role Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experience Proven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities, to tools, to data flow Must have 3+ years of relevant experience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPM Apply today to help map business processes both within and across multiple cross-functional departments for our client. #J-18808-Ljbffr
