Business Development Center Associate

This full-time hourly customer service position at Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC involves acting as the customer's first point of contact, both in person and through digital marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Compensation is $16/hour, paid weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision packages, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries and questions efficiently and accurately
• Acting as the customer's advocate, addressing their needs, problems, and concerns
• Assisting customers with vehicle purchases
• Increasing customer loyalty and retention
• Building relationships with customers
• Generating leads through digital marketing
• Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Requirements include:

• Ability to connect with customers through engaging communication
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Preferred experience in the customer service industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and use of smart phones and tablets
• High School Diploma or equivalent
