CNC Milling Machinist

*Job Summary: *

* Setup and operate CNC machinery such as, but not limited to:
* HAAS VF type Milling Machines
* ProtoTrak Milling Machines

*Job Responsibilities: *

* · Setup and operate CNC Milling Machines (HAAS, ProtoTrak, or similar)
* · Change offsets and tools as necessary
* · Machine parts, de-bur, load and clean parts
* · Provide shop support as needed
* · Keep CNC running at all times
* · Change tools when worn out
* · Editing CNC programs as needed
* · Maintain CNC Machinery according to maintenance schedules
* · Communicate all concerns, issues, problems, etc. directly to Production Manager
* · Inspect parts from initial set up, maintain inspection reports, reorder tooling, maintain equipment

*Qualifications:*

* · High school diploma or equivalent required, vocational schooling or apprentice training is preferred
* · Knowledge of CNC Machine controls
* · Basic G-code understanding
* · Use of measuring tools
* · Saw cutting raw materials, deburing & polishing parts.
* · Use of Surface Grinders
* · 3+ years of experience required

*Skills and Abilities:*

* Basic Computer Skills
* Blueprint Reading

*Work Environment: *Comfortable climate controlled Shop with Air Filtration

*Physical Demands: *

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
