Supply Chain Manager

Leading the end-to-end supply chain for a product portfolio, the full-time remote Supply Chain Senior Manager will focus on ensuring reliable patient supply, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance financial performance. Key responsibilities: Shape end-to-end product supply strategies and drive lifecycle management decisions Lead cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply Monitor product supply and inventory performance, implementing corrective actions as needed Required qualifications: Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an Associate degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations Knowledge of advanced planning techniques related to demand, supply, and inventory planning Strong digital mindset with experience in leveraging digital tools for supply chain insights Ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes in a matrix organization 7+ years of experience in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries
