Supply Chain Manager

benefits:hybridmedicaldentalvisionlife insurancelong term disability401kResponsibilities:Manage end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including sourcing, purchasing, planning, and logistics.Develop and maintain relationships with OEM suppliers and Contract Manufacturers.Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, cost savings, and lead-time performance.Monitor vendor performance and negotiate pricing, terms, and service improvements.Identify supply risks and develop mitigation strategies.Partner with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, Finance) to ensure alignment on production and supply needs.Analyze supply chain data to support forecasting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.Travel will be required.
