About The Role As a physician assistant at Neighborhood, you will work in a collaborative team to provide patient-centered care, including care for people who may otherwise not have access. You and the clinical staff will design and implement individualized care in a setting where each patient is treated with respect and compassion. You will have opportunities to influence decisions regarding care. Essential responsibilities include: Oversee and provide direct patient primary care under supervision of a physician Facilitate care coordination and clinical collaboration under supervision of a physician Ensure quality care and risk mitigation under supervision of a physician You will be primarily based at one of our six primary care locations. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components. Tuition Reimbursement Potential: Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners, up to $50,000 for a full time commitment and up to $25,000 for a part time commitment. A two year commitment to serve at an FQHC is required. This tuition reimbursement program requires application and is not guaranteed.
