Now Hiring: Barista

Do you enjoy making great coffee and creating a welcoming experience for guests? We're looking for a friendly, dependable Barista to join our team at the U of M Pavilion River Caf!

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and love working with people, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages
Provide friendly, exceptional customer service
Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions
Stock, clean, and maintain the caf throughout your shift
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work as part of a team to keep the caf running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Barista or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask in a busy caf environment
Flexible availability, including mornings and weekdays
