Salary Range: $55,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Coopersville that are seeking skilled Working Supervisors. Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of 10-15 production line workers.
• Train new employees on standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure daily output targets are met.
• Perform hands-on production tasks as needed to support the team and meet deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products and address deviations.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance for major repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete daily shift reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate production teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new team members effectively.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar heavy machinery.
