LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing healthcare-focused organization is seeking an Accountant for a 3-6 month contract assignment. This fully onsite role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end close. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Accountant - Contract (3-6 Months) Location: Malvern, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close activities
• Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Assist with AP/AR accounting as needed
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and documentation
• Assist with audit requests and internal controls
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2-5 years of accounting experience
• Healthcare or corporate accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
• ERP system experience required
• Ability to work fully onsite in Malvern, PA

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
