Staff Accountant

Overview LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Staff Accountant for a healthcare manufacturing company committed to improving lives through innovative products and solutions. The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations, with a strong focus on inventory accounting and financial reporting. This position requires hands-on experience with SAP, advanced Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger maintenance and month-end close activities Reconcile inventory accounts and ensure accurate valuation and reporting Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or healthcare setting Strong working knowledge of SAP (required) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with inventory accounting is a must Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills Compensation $70,000- $80,000 Benefits Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan PTO is offered on an accrual basis Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law If you are interested in this position or any other Accounting and Finance career opportunities, please apply and contact Kellie Sclafani at View email address on click.appcast.io.
