- Are you a skilled histotechnologist looking for your next career adventure?
- Step into an engaging role where you will:
- Process, embed, cut, and stain surgical and autopsy tissue
- Prepare and stain cytopathology specimens with precision
- Follow established policies and procedures for accurate Pathologist examination
- Manage patient body tissue responsibly, ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain supplies and equipment with attention to detail
- Execute specialized techniques required for diagnostic purposes
- Actively participate in our Quality Assurance program Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in medical technology, biology, or chemistry
- HTL certification from a recognized agency
- Minimum of 2 years of histotechnologist experience required
- NY State license in Histotechnician AAS Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts with start times at either 5:30 AM or 6:00 AM
