Payroll Clerk
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the payroll operations, the full-time Payroll Clerk will manage employee records, process multi-state payrolls, and generate payroll reports, while working remotely with one required onsite day per week in Herndon, VA. Key responsibilities Monitor and review timesheets for accuracy and compliance Process payroll-related tasks including 401K funding and wage garnishments Assist in annual audits and respond to employee inquiries through Service Now Required qualifications Associate degree or 1-2 years of payroll processing experience Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of payroll software Ability to work 8-5 EST and one day per week onsite in Herndon, VA Must pass local background and credit checks Experience with ADP Workforce Now is preferred
