Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay and valuable experience.

Requirements include interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, dedication to customer service, ability to learn computer functions, experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, ability to make presentations to potential customers, achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent, ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews, ability to effectively relate to a customer, Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in 4700 W Elms Rd, Killeen TX. 76549. Our office is open 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, off on holidays and weekends. Additional languages spoken: Spanish.
