What You'll Do:

• Provide top-quality nursing care for medical and surgical patients
• Assess patient needs and implement personalized care plans using the nursing process
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
• Document care activities accurately using electronic health records
• Maintain compliance with healthcare laws and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit goals

What You Need:

• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, organization, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
