• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience

• Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process and adhering to all relevant standards
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized teaching plans for patients and families
• Delegate and coordinate nursing team resources effectively
• Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and document care activities accurately
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and cultural sensitivity in care delivery

What You Need

Required:

• Current Florida RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
