Accounting Clerk

CTDI is a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company that services the country's largest wireless telecommunications providers, as well as the largest High-speed Internet & Cable providers. CTDI has over 11,000 FT US Employees in over 60 world class US Operations. CTDI also has a global footprint with more than 20,000 employees worldwide. The Accounting clerk will have responsibility for oversight and control of CTDI AP for the assigned verticals. This position will have responsibility for Accounts Payable and receivable regular reporting and analysis of reports. Responsibilities include AP review and payment oversight via, wire transfer and other standard methods. Reconcile AP balance sheet accounts. Resolve Inventory PO matching holds. Prepare monthly AP account reconciliations. Other responsibilities as assigned by Management. Additional responsibilities as required. Manage vendor communications desk. Research supplier payments and Invoices. Match invoices in Oracle. Correct issues within oracle. Work with the AP supervisor on Special projects.

Required Skills: Strong PC skills including database and spreadsheet proficiency. Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to prioritize and work independently. Proficient in Microsoft applications and Oracle.

Required Experience: 2+ years Accounting experience
