Customer Service Account Representative

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a stable, employee-focused organization to add a Customer Account Representativ e to their growing team. This role supports clients by processing account updates, policy changes, renewals, and other service requests while ensuring accurate records and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process account updates, renewals, and policy-related changes
• Review information for accuracy and enter data into internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Generate quotes, invoices, certificates, and other account documentation
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control of account information
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending requests as needed
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
