Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving

Location: Fremont, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Perk: Daily lunch provided

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support daily Shipping & Receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating stand-up forklifts, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory while following all safety procedures. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule and a daily lunch perk.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up forklifts (reach, cherry picker, or stand-up sit-down)
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Pick, stage, and transport products to designated warehouse locations
Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
Prepare outbound orders, including labeling, palletizing, and staging
Perform basic inventory tracking and data entry
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow all company policies and safety guidelines
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

6 months-1 year of stand-up forklift experience required

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Overtime may be available depending on business needs

Work Environment

Warehouse setting
Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
