Job Title: Paralegal

Location: Remote (Must reside in CA, CO, FL, ID, MN, MT, NC, ND, NV, OR, SD, WA, or WY)

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team and support our Legal Department with contract management, document drafting, and legal research. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of real estate, corporate, or transactional experience. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is analytical and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Support contract compliance by assisting with contract lifecycle management
\n
• Facilitate internal communication for contract compliance requirements with Sales and Operations
\n
• Conduct due diligence and checklists for land purchases, easements, and land leases
\n
• Drafting and revising contractual provisions, including MSA's, vendor agreements, and relevant amendments
\n
• Manage and track contract, bond, and insurance renewals
\n
• Assist with contract terminations and default notifications
\n
• Support internal corporate transactional matters
\n
• Assist with complex legal matters with external counsel, as applicable
\n
• Ensure easements and land leases are compliant with local filing requirements and subsequently filed with the correct jurisdiction
\n

Education & Experience:

\n
• Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate
\n
• 5+ years paralegal experience
\n
• 5+ years of telecom industry experience is a plus (Utilities, Construction, and Energy Infrastructure also a plus)
\n
• Corporate, transactional, and real estate experience
\n

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of title research preferred
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
\n

Salary:

\n
• $ 85,000-$95,000, DOE
\n

Work Environment:

• This position is 100% remote — work from home.
\n
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
