Samaritan Health Services in Oregon has an opportunity for a Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join our team on the Beautiful Oregon Coast

Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated health care delivery system, is seeking a part time Advanced Practitioner to join the Samaritan Toledo Clinic in Toledo, OR. Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, established in 1952, is home to a recently constructed 25-bed critical access hospital. 

Our award-winning health system provides exceptional primary care and a range of specialty services throughout the mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon coast. The network serves approximately 300,000 residents in Linn, Benton, Lincoln and portions of Polk and Marion counties. Our skilled providers have a passion for building healthier communities through world-class, compassionate health care.

Job Specifics

\n
• Minimal phone call scheduled and shared with a larger group of Samaritan providers
\n
• 16-20 patients per day
\n
• 34 patient contact hours/week
\n
• Work alongside physicians and advanced practitioners
\n

Job Requirements

\n
• Ability to diagnose and treat immediate care needs and chronic conditions. Preferred procedures include skin biopsy, derm treatments, joint injections and aspirations
\n
• Primary Care experience required
\n
• Should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
\n
• Oregon Licensure
\n
• Epic EMPR preferred
\n
• Eligibility to work in the United States
\n
