Brightside Windows is looking for  three (3) experienced In-Home Sales Consultants to join our rapidly growing team at our  PORTLAND, OR office immediately! If you’re an experienced sales professional with a drive for success, this is your opportunity to earn $7,500 to $10,000 in your first month and potentially $85,000 to $250,000 per year . We pride ourselves on promoting from within, and as we expand, you'll have ample opportunities for growth!

What You’ll Do:

• In-Home Sales Consultations : Conduct in-home consultations where you’ll present and sell Brightside Windows products and services.
• Canvassing & Door-to-Door Sales : Actively canvass local neighborhoods and engage in door-to-door outreach to generate leads and set appointments.
• Track Your Performance : Report sales numbers to the manager and be accountable for your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manage Your Pipeline : Utilize our CRM to manage your customer pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Achieve Sales Goals : Meet and exceed individual sales goals and close percentages.
• Work with a Canvassing Team : Collaborate with our canvassing team to drive lead generation.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of sales experience —previous in-home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with potential customers.
• A reliable vehicle and  smartphone are required for the role.
• Accountability for personal sales goals and performance metrics.
