In this role, you'll be the key link between operations, customer service, accounting, and drivers by ensuring load documentation is accurate, complete, and processed on time. What You'll Do:

As a Load Document Coordinator , you'll help ensure drivers are paid correctly and customers are billed accurately by:

• Reviewing, verifying, and auditing load documents to keep loads current and accurate
• Validating documentation for customer billing and driver settlements
• Collaborating with Operations, Customer Service, and other departments to gather and verify information
• Responding to driver and internal team inquiries via phone and email regarding settlements and documentation
• Applying company policies and procedures to support accurate billing and settlement decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Post-secondary education, or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, billing, administrative support, or a detail-focused office environment preferred
• Basic understanding of administrative, billing, and accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Work Environment:

• Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and multiple monitors
• Regular communication with internal and external customers by phone, email, and in person
• Primarily seated work with occasional movement throughout the office

Compensation & Benefits:

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $20.00 - $24.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
