Planning Coordinator

Job Description Print, assemble, and distribute production work orders. Ensure work order packages are complete and accurate before release to production. Planning Administration Create, maintain, and manage administrative planner codes. Create, release, and maintain TO (Transfer Order) work orders as required. Process planning transactions and updates within ERP/MRP systems as required. Ensure planning data integrity and accuracy. Support planners with system updates and administrative maintenance tasks. Revision Change Management Manage and coordinate changes via tasks. Communicate Planning Dept. revision status updates to appropriate departments. Follow up on open revision activities to ensure timely implementation. Reporting and Metrics Prepare and submit the weekly Complete/No Charge Report. Maintain department reports and performance metrics as required. Update and maintain departmental tracking tools, including the planning matrix. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to the Production Planning team. Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination activities. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department. Cross-train with other planning support functions as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, or administrative support preferred. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Oracle experience is a plus. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
