At Dog & Duck, we focus on high-quality, consistent products, and our Back of the House teams are essential in ensuring our Guests have an exceptional dining experience. Line Cooks are positive, dependable, hardworking, and love producing the quality, consistent product we are known for. Attention to detail and the desire to do things the right way are crucial. The ideal candidate will also have previous experience working as a Line Cook in a busy, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Some Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Following recipes and presentation specifications
- Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Cleaning and maintaining stations in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assisting with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
- Restocking items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhering to all sanitation and food production codes
- Contributing to the team effort by helping out where needed and keeping a positive attitude.
- Adhering to grooming and appearance standards.
- Above all, putting the Guest first.
