Nissan of Wesley Chapel is looking to hire Receptionists for our dealership!

Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and directing them appropriately
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner, determining nature of call, and directing caller to appropriate individual or department
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image
- Assist with administrative duties which include:
- Data Entry
- Keeping Accurate Records
- Organizing Files/Records
Requirements:
- Receptionist Experience is Required
- Ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keep Accurate Records
- Detail Oriented
- Time Management Skills
- Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
- Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
- Ability to be a Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
