This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day operations of our practices.How you’ll make us better:Greet and receive customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).Performs various administrative duties.Welcomes visitors to the practice and provides information about clinic featuresAnswers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as neededChecks-in and collects general information from patients on their first visitVerifies insurance informationNotifies clinicians of patient arrival and readinessMake appointments for returning patients as necessaryPrints/reprints appointment reminders and school/work excusesMay make changes to the patient schedule as necessaryCoordinates payment arrangements or account resolutionReceives, stores, and delivers shipments and mailTakes payments and posts to accountUpdates charts and patient informationDrives internal marketing initiatives and fosters participation from everyoneTravel between the primary Champaign office and the secondary Charleston office as business needs require.Your special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
