Preconstruction Coordinator
Baton Rouge | $45,000 to $60,000

Cornerstone Flooring is looking for a detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to support our Sales and Preconstruction teams. You'll help keep bids, submittals, project documents, and materials organized so projects get off to a strong start.

What You'll Do

·        Organize project files and documentation

·        Prepare, track, and ship submittals

·        Track bid schedules and proposal deadlines

·        Assist with bid preparation and material takeoffs

·        Coordinate preconstruction meetings and project kickoffs

·        Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations

·        Help improve preconstruction processes and workflows

What We're Looking For

·        Strong organizational and communication skills

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities

·        Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, or sales support is a plus
