ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of seven who are committed to supporting one another and serving our community well. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to build.
I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree and am married with two young kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and that perspective shapes the way I lead and support our team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Aubrey Pithwa - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
