Residential Escrow AssistantWe are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a detail-oriented Residential Escrow Assistant to support the residential real estate closing process. This role assists with escrow and title-related tasks, transaction documentation, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.The Escrow Assistant is responsible for below specific duties:Support residential escrow transactions and perform escrow curative activities throughout the real estate closing process.Open new orders, acknowledge contracts and earnest money, and maintain accurate transaction records.Prepare title commitments, title documents, closing packages, and other related documentation.Order and coordinate surveys, tax certificates, payoff statements, and other closing requirements.Manage post-closing activities, including recording legal documents and facilitating payment disbursements.Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding transaction status, title issues, and closing progress.Update case management systems and perform title-related data entry.Provide administrative support, including answering phones, greeting customers, handling mail, ordering office supplies, and serving as backup reception support.Required qualifications for the position include:College degree and minimum 1 year's experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.Creative problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills, verbal and writtenAbility to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levelsCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
