Commercial Escrow Assistant – Onsite (Dallas, TX)A reputable and growing title company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support residential & commercial escrow transactions. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and experienced in supporting escrow files from opening through closing. Experience with SoftPro is required.Responsibilities• Provide administrative and transactional support to Escrow Officers• Open escrow files and enter new orders into SoftPro• Review purchase contracts and related documents for accuracy• Order title commitments, payoffs, surveys, HOA information, and other required closing documentation• Prepare escrow documents, settlement statements, and closing packages• Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties to obtain necessary information• Track and follow up on outstanding file requirements to ensure timely closings• Assist with file balancing, funding, and disbursement processes• Maintain accurate and compliant escrow files in accordance with company policies and Texas regulations• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal team members• Manage multiple files while maintaining strong attention to detailQualifications• 1+ years of escrow or title industry experience required• Residential escrow experience strongly preferred• Required experience using SoftPro• Knowledge of Texas escrow procedures and closing processes• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
