TJX - 11263 Parkside Drive - Responsibilities: Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by associates; Maintain a clean and organized backroom and sales floor and provide a positive customer experience; Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles; Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; manage backstock rotation; Support safety, labor laws compliance, and shrink reduction programs
