Join our growing Houston-based insurance agency as a Customer Service Representative in our Builders Risk Department. We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused insurance professional who enjoys helping clients, building relationships, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Handle multiple incoming calls efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, both in person and over the phone.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online insurance platforms with proficiency.
Accurately document and update customer interactions and policy information in a timely manner.
Manage and service existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Assist new leads and prospective clients in obtaining insurance policies tailored to their needs.

Requirements

- Previous experience in the insurance industry is required .
- Strong customer service and sales skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Great multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- A Property and Liability (PL) license is required.
