ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I owned an equipment rental company, where I developed a passion for leadership, customer service, and helping people. I'm a proud father of four daughters, enjoy playing pickup basketball, and value spending time with my family and staying active.

Being involved in the community is important to me. I'm an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and enjoy supporting local charities and community initiatives that make a difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Neil Mckinnon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
