Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct the complete recruitment cycle from posting job openings to facilitating onboarding. Write and place advertisements for open positions. Open requisitions for new positions assigned by management, track candidates through applicant tracking systems. Interview and screen candidates. Schedule and coordinate follow‑up interviews with hiring managers and HR team. Schedule and coordinate pre‑employment screenings and assessments. Provide regular updates to hiring teams with weekly, monthly, or bi‑weekly meetings. Main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, delivering a personalized experience to guarantee that recruitment requirements are fulfilled. Provide an efficient recruitment process managing all applicants and coordinating with hiring managers through UKG. Leverage various recruiting channels, tools, and methods to increase candidate pipeline through calling, texting, emailing, social media, referrals, community outreach and workforce solutions. Support a high requisition load with multiple hiring managers. Understand managing requisitions, candidate record keeping, and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices. Maintain and build partnerships with post‑secondary schools, recruiters, temporary help agencies, and other organizations as required. Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files. Management Responsibilities None Knowledge/Skills/Ability Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and employment law compliance. Skilled in communication, relationship building, and negotiation with candidates and hiring managers. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (UKG Recruit) and Microsoft Office. Able to manage multiple requisitions, maintain confidentiality, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. Education Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field and/or equivalent related experience. Experience 5+ years recruitment experience in the construction industry is preferred. At least 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process. Occasionally, especially when managing multiple projects and during problematic opening and/or closing phases of projects, mental stress can be taxing. May be required to work long hours for extended periods of time. Special Job Dimensions The office provides a safe and healthy work environment, is adequately heated and cooled, is free from exposure and extreme conditions, has appropriate lighting and office furnishings, and is smoke‑free and drug‑free. NOTE – Where allowed, employees who work in positions classified as “safety‑sensitive” can be disciplined if they test positive for marijuana or its metabolites, even if they have a valid state medical marijuana license.
