VIP Staffing is hiring a Recruiting Manager in San Antonio to take ownership of branch performance, lead recruiting efforts, and build strong client relationships across the market.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency, performance, and profitability
• Stay hands-on in recruiting —source, interview, and place candidates
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and visits
• Drive fill rates, order flow, and overall branch growth
• Ensure compliance (I-9s, onboarding, audits) is completed accurately and on time
• Manage payroll, billing, and reporting to stay aligned with goals
• Track and improve weekly/monthly KPIs and performance metrics

What We’re Looking For:

• Staffing industry experience
• Background in branch operations, recruiting, or leadership
• A player-coach mindset —you lead, but you’re also in the trenches
• Strong understanding of metrics, KPIs, and performance management
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
