Our practice partners with North American Dental Group which provides us with the necessary support to fulfill our purpose of ensuring excellent patient care. Working Hours & Pay Monday through Friday 7:30 am–5:30 pm. Pay Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour. Responsibilities Dependable and skilled in quality control for handling financial information, performing insurance verification, and preparing end‑of‑day reports to keep patients worry‑free. Perform clerical tasks such as sorting, opening, distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone calls and provide information to callers; greet visitors/patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments. Explain procedures and/or services to patients using dental knowledge. Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co‑payments, and verify insurance coverage as appropriate. Track appointments due to no‑shows, cancellations, and late arrivals. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred). 1–5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred. Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn new programs as needed.
